Mirosław Skiba – President of the Management Board

 

Mr. Skiba has over 25 years of professional experience on Polish banking market. In 1992 he started working in BZ WBK S.A., where he held different managerial positions. He was the Branch Director, the Director for the Region of North Greater Poland and the Director for the Macro-regions of Poznan (since 2002) and Warsaw (since 2008). In 2008 he was appointed at the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of BZ WBK S.A.

Mr. Skiba graduated from Poznan University of Technology and perfected his studies as a postgraduate at Poznan University of Economics, Poznan University of Science as well as Swiss Finance Institute. In addition, he finished numerous specialized trainings and studies concerning banking, finances and management.

 

Andrzej Chmielecki – Vice-President of the Management Board

 

Mr. Chmielecki has over 30 years of professional experience on Polish financial market, including cooperative banking sector. He worked in Polish National Bank as a Director of District Branch in Poznan and formerly as a Director of District Branch in Bydgoszcz. He held the position of the Member of the Management Board in BGŻ S.A., the Union of Polish Banks, GBW S.A. (currently SGB-Bank S.A.). In 1999 he was appointed at the position of the President of the Management Board of SGB-Bank S.A., which he held until 2006.

Mr. Chmielecki graduated faculty of economics at University of Gdansk. In addition, he finished postgraduate studies in organization and management as well as trainings for banking managers at Kellogg University.

 

Błażej Mika – Vice-President of the Management Board

 

Mr. Mika has over 20 years of professional experience on banking market. In 2000 he started working in BZ WBK, where he held different managerial positions, including the positions of the Director of the following Departments: Products’ Development and Cooperation with Partners, Strategic Cooperation and Development of Card Products, Sales. He oversaw multiple projects concerning the development of electronic banking, payments, mobile payments, cards and accounts as well as digitalization of banking processes.

Mr. Mika graduated from Poznan University of Economics. In addition, he completed numerous specialized trainings and studies concerning banking, finances and management.

 

Karol Wolniakowski – Vice-President of the Management Board

 

Mr. Wolniakowski has over 20 years of professional experience. He started his professional career at KPMG where he was involved in independent audit and consulting engagements.  Since 2002 he has been a member of ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). Since 2007 he has been a Polish Certified Auditor. He joined SGB-Bank SA in 2019. Prior to his promotion to the Management Board, he held a position of a director responsible for the Risk Management Area. As a Vice-President he supervises the risk and financial area of bank activities.

Mr. Wolniakowski graduated from Poznan Academy of Economics, corporate finance and accounting. He completed numerous specialized trainings and studies concerning audit, consulting, finances and management.
